Questions about the plan
What counts as a valuation?
Each property you generate a report for in a calendar month. Editing, re-exporting or regenerating the same valuation does not count again.
Do unused valuations roll over?
No. The 15 included valuations renew on the first day of each month. Extra packs last until the end of the following month.
How many agents can join?
As many as work at your agency. They share the agency's monthly valuations.
How do I pay?
By PayPal subscription, from the Agency page of your workspace. You give the company name and fiscal number for the invoice first; an invoice is issued for every payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the Agency page or by writing to info@valuation-studio.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
