Why we built it
A good market appraisal takes hours: finding comparables, adjusting for time and condition, researching the market and writing it up so a seller understands it. Too often the result is either rushed or flattering.
Valuation Studio drafts the whole appraisal from the evidence an agent already has, in the agent's own brand and the client's language, and leaves every judgement with the agent. It keeps asking prices and sales apart, shows its sources and says plainly what it cannot know.
